A new residential complex was ready to receive its inhabitants at the end in 2019 and it needed a special design for the common areas in order to express a sense of identity and unity for future owners. The location in the proximity of Herastrau lake inspired the idea of bringing nature into the lobby by using plants, shades of green, natural stone and wood finishes. The small decoration objects were chosen for a feel-at-home state of mind, so that each individual to expand his home premises beyond the apartment door. We combined indirect lighting, techincal and decorative lighting to compensate the lack of natural light and to provide a bright, clean, and transparent image. A future sitting area is considered to be added for a more warm feeling.
