The premises for this project are the vicinity with Pantelimon Lake, a close reconnection with the nature, just a few minutes away from downtown. The lake would serve as a city’s “green lung” and a place for recreational activities such as sports, restaurants, event halls and playgrounds. The main goal of this project is to create a sense of community feeling, with diverse activities, being both child friendly and welcoming the all-night parties. Also boat trips are planned to be developed in the future. The project will raise the interest for this area and will reconnect the urban life with nature. The project will also include a promenade overlooking the lake, with an architectural structure inspired by the land shape and connecting between the various elements on the site.
